Our guarantee is a very important part of the Easyread System.

We are not here to sell coaching. We are here to get results for you. If we fail in that it is reasonable for you to expect your money back.

I hope that you have read what we state we can do. Our aim is to get a child able to read confidently, unassisted and using a decoding process. We call it "reading takeoff" because they are now able to read whatever they want.

Their eventual level of reading will depend on how much reading they then do, after finishing Easyread. We do not have control of that and it will vary from child to child.

So, with that specific aim in mind, this is our guarantee:

"If you don't feel we have helped your child
to develop an independent ability to read,
we will refund the full cost of the course,
no questions asked".

Yes, it is very open to abuse! But you will be glad to hear that only a very small percentage of people do abuse it. Most people (contrary to what is often believed) take pride in their honesty.

We do monitor each child's progress and so it is easy to see how well they are doing. And our refund rate is well under 1%.

Payment Security

We take most payments by credit card. This actually gives you tremendous security because you can request a refund of any charge that comes through on your credit card (handy bit of information that!). So, it is up to us to deliver what you want.

If you are uncomfortable with paying for things on the Internet, we can take cheques or we can process your payment manually on our credit card machine here in the office.

Data Security

You can also be sure that we will NEVER share your details with a 3rd party. We hate spam and bad marketing as much as you do.
