Equally, you can complete the course and if you are anything less than delighted when you finish, or at any time afterwards, with how we have helped or the results you have seen, you can just contact us for whatever refund you feel is appropriate.
Of course the main thing is to get someone reading and spelling confidently. Really what this guarantee is saying is that we are confident that we can help you make that happen. We do not chase quick results that don't stick. Easyread is generally a 9-month process of neural change and development, leading to a real and lasting result.
Payment Security
People naturally worry about Internet scams and being ripped off. But I have two bits of good news.
First, you can hunt around on the Internet for any negative talk about what we do and how we do it. I very much hope you won't find any!
And secondly, you actually have a lot of protection through your credit/debit card. If you ever think that you have been incorrectly charged for something and the supplier does not look after you over it, you can ask your provider for a "charge back". If your story makes sense, your card provider will then recredit the charge and tell the supplier. It is then up to the supplier to prove that the payment is due. Your provider is very much on your side with these things. But always try to fix it directly with the supplier first. The charge back should be a last resort.
