My son entered the third grade with a beginning level of a second grader per the lexile score. He used easy read for one year and in that time progressed to beyond the third grade level. In fourth grade, due to this program teaching and learning style, he has remained average and above average for his reading comprehension level. I was so impressed I recommended this to other parents with children struggling with reading and reading comprehension. I truly researched for any program that was convenient and fun for him to use and chose the easyread program. Even though he did miss some days due to computer issues, the program was a complete success and I would continue to recommend this program to any parent who has a child that seems to be suffering in this area.
