I just wanted to say thank you so much for the gift that your program gave Q.
I thought you might enjoy an update. She just finished reading The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy this summer–she is very proud. She is taking a short story writing class right now AND doing a November Novel Writing challenge (13,000 words–she’s half way!). In addition she started writing her own novel that is heavily influenced by Tolkien’s work (and last I remember she was on Chaper 14)…Thank you again–you changed Q’s life and she became a writer!
